We respect copyright. If you own a game, artwork, or article that appears here without permission, we will remove it promptly on a valid request — no lawyers required.

Sending a notice

Email dmca@duckmath.example with the subject "DMCA Takedown" and include:

• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL(s) on this site where it appears.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to review notices within two business days and remove or disable access to valid claims immediately after review.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material are removed from the site.
